Subsidiaries

• DB Cargo Nederland N.V., Utrecht/the Netherlands, completed the sale of its shares (51%) in Rail Service Center Rotterdam B.V., Rotterdam/the Netherlands, on April 16, 2025. The shares were acquired by the previous co-­share­holders (Hupac SA, Chiasso/Switzerland; Hoyer Nederland B.V., Rotterdam/the Netherlands; Bertschi AG, Dürrenäsch/Switzerland) and Kombiverkehr Deutsche Gesellschaft für kombinierten Güterverkehr mbH&Co. Kommanditgesellschaft.
