S3 restructuring program

In September 2024, Deutsche Bahn Group (DB Group) presented its overall program for the structural restructuring of DB Group by 2027. The focus is on three dimensions: the improvement of the infrastructure, rail operations, and profitability. The continued implementation of S3 was largely in line with expectations in the first half of 2025.
