Keeping up with the transformation process
In April 2018, we decided that all employees in Germany who so far do not have a work device and are thus cut off from the digital transformation ofroup, should be equipped with a mobile device (smartphone or tablet). The program will be launched in 2018 and will run until the end of 2019. In this way, these employees will also have the opportunity to use all new online services. This will strengthen the digital expertise of individual employees. At the same time, roup will become more efficient since, for example, on the operational side work orders can be picked up electronically or work processes can be documented electronically.
On April 1, 2018,roup as one of the first large companies in Germany created a new change management division, which reports directly to the member of the Management Board responsible for , in order to provide a solid foundation for the roup transformation within the organization. roup is undergoing a fundamental transformation process: the change management will accompany the fundamental change of our business processes to increase our performance capability, drive the digitalization of roup, but also the transformation within roup through hiring new employees in the coming years. The new division will function as a strategic change consultant, define requirements such as those for staff planning, further qualification, working conditions or onboarding and set guidelines and provide tools for a professional change management within the Group.
