Adjustments to the Group structure and portfolio

DB Projekt Stuttgart — Ulm GmbH has been reported in the DB InfraGO business unit since the first half of 2026 (previously Subsidiaries / Other). The figures for the first half of 2025 and as of June 30, 2025, have been adjusted accordingly.
As a result of the sale of DB Schenker in April 2025, DB Schenker had not been included as a business unit / segment in DB Group reporting since 2024, but was instead reported as a discontinued operation. Discontinued operations are no longer reported in the management report. Information on discontinued operations and on changes in the scope of consolidation can be found in the consolidated interim financial statements.
