Other events

• The organizational structure of DB InfraGO AG was revised effective January 1, 2026. The number of Board divisions was reduced from eight to six. As part of the reorganization, the previous Infrastructure Operations and Infrastructure Maintenance Board divisions were merged into the Track Board division. Consolidating responsibility for operations and maintenance is intended to shorten decision-making processes and further strengthen cooperation in the regions.
