Restructuring report confirms DB Cargo AG’s ability to be restructured

At the end of February 2026, a restructuring expert confirmed DB Cargo AG’s ability to be restructured on the basis of the submitted restructuring concept. The European Commission has also approved the restructuring concept. This means DB Cargo AG has fulfilled a key condition for the continuation of credit financing by DB AG. The development of DB Cargo AG in the first half of 2026 remained within the range set out in the restructuring plan.
