• Sale in full of the shares in ONxpress Transportation Partners Inc., Toronto, Canada (25.00%) by Deutsche Bahn International Operations GmbH to ONxpress Transportation Partners Inc. in August 2025 following the termination of the contract for the modernization and operation of the local transport network in Toronto and Ontario by the Canadian transport association Metrolinx.
• DB Projekt Stuttgart—Ulm GmbH has been reported in the DB InfraGO business unit since the first half of 2026. The figures for the first half of 2025 and as of June 30, 2025, have been adjusted accordingly.
