Subsidiaries

• DB AG sold 100 % of the shares in ioki GmbH to BENTELER HOLON Verwaltungs AG with effect from January 8, 2026.
• DB Regio AG took over SWEG Bahn Stuttgart GmbH as a result of the change of operator for Network 35 Baden-Württemberg on August 1, 2025. It now operates under the name DB Regio Stuttgart GmbH.
• On May 4, 2026, DB Regio AG acquired Dietmar Zimmermann Busunternehmen GmbH, a provider of bus services for publicly contracted bus routes, school bus services and employee shuttle services in Bavaria.
