Subsidiaries

• On May 12, 2026, DB InfraGO AG assumed the control, administration and management of DB Projekt Stuttgart—Ulm GmbH (PSU) under a management agreement concluded with DB AG with economic effect from January 1, 2026. PSU will serve as the commissioning organization for the Stuttgart 21 project and the associated Stuttgart Digital Hub, Gäubahn extension and Bonatz building modernization projects, meaning it is tasked with reliably managing these complex processes. PSU has been reported in the DB InfraGO business unit since the first half of 2026 (previously Subsidiaries / Other). The figures for the first half of 2025 and as of June 30, 2025, have been adjusted accordingly.
• As part of the organizational realignment, certain business areas of DB Real Estate were transferred to DB InfraGO AG in 2025. These primarily include asset management, as well as services related to contaminated site management and waste management.
